Rachel H. Graham

Rachel has a Master’s degree in Business administration. She has been a member of YPO for 17 years and has served on various boards and committees. She has also been a judge for the international entrepreneurial competition at Baylor University (her alma mater) for multiple years. She is a member of Tri-delta sorority and has participated in many philanthropic endeavors throughout her career.
She is a certified trainer for Disc and MBTI assessment and interpretation.

Melissa Caldwell Engle

Melissa is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with over 40 years of experience in various settings, including shelters and private practice. She provides education, training, and supervision while sharing an integrated coaching approach with Flywheel participants to support healthy emotional development. Alongside Rachel, a global speaker, they raise awareness on mental health, effective communication, and conflict resolution. Their engaging teaching styles blend humor and case examples, aiming to unite individuals, families, and communities for personal and professional growth.
