OUR ASSESSMENTS
We Use the Following Assessments in Our Curriculum
DiSC®
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI)

DiSC® is a self-reported, widely used personal assessment tool that helps over a million people each year enhance teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace. Organizations and facilitators leverage these profiles to drive cultural transformation, fostering lasting behavioral changes that positively impact their workforce. Your personal DiSC report focuses on your personality and behavioral style, describing your behavior in various situations—for example, how you respond to challenges, how you influence others, what your preferred pace is, and how you respond to rules and procedures. This information in turn will help you ignite teamwork, leadership, and communication in the workplace and beyond.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) is a self-report assessment that identifies an individual’s personality type and psychology preferences. MBTI categorizes people into 16 distinct personality types using four cognitive functions. All 16 types are considered equal, providing insights into the differences and similarities in people’s perspectives and decision-making processes.
Gallup’s CliftonStrengths
Assessment® (AKA Strength Finders)

Gallup’s CliftonStrengths Assessment® (AKA Strength Finders) is a self-report assessment that presents test takers with paired statements and selects the option they identify with best, then receives a report outlining the five strength areas they scored highest in, along with information on how to apply those strengths. Between 2001 and 2012, approximately 600,000 people took the test annually. By 2015, 1.6 million people were taking it each year. The Wall Street Journal reported in 2015 that 465 companies on the Fortune 500 list were using it.
